How many times can I use the Motion Sickness Relief wrist band?

It is recommended to start using the Motion Sickness Relief wrist band 30 minutes prior to boarding. However, you can also start using the Motion Sickness Relief wrist band after your symptoms have started. Please allow 20 minutes to test the correct placement and efficacy.
