Dimensions matter before shipment
GoldPlus uses inspection equipment such as contour measurement, Rockwell hardness testing, a 2.5D projector, calipers, micrometers, holtests, and pin gages to support quality control. A printed QC report can be provided upon request.

Hardness verification before shipment.
2.5D Projector
Optical dimensional measurement of small features.
Calipers & Micrometers
General dimensional checks — calipers up to 300 mm, micrometers up to 150 mm.
Holtests
Internal diameter measurement up to 50 mm.
Pin Gages
Hole and bore checks, 4 – 6 mm.
