Heading Machine
Our cold heading machines are made in Taiwan for fastener manufacturers, producing standard screws as well as custom cold formed parts. They come in three series: YH for small precision screws, ZH for large screws such as automotive fasteners, and RC with closed cutters for clean cuts and accurate lengths. A heading machine is often paired with thread rolling and other secondary processing equipment to form a complete production line.
YH Series
YH series is a small model with a radius range of 3mm～6mm depending on the model. It is suitable for producing precision screws, such as electronic screws. The production speed of this series is faster, and its production capacity can produce up to 200 pieces per minute.
ZH Series
The ZH series is a large model, and the radius of the screw can be made from 8mm to 26mm according to the model. It can be used to produce screws for automobiles.
RC Series
RC series is a model with bush/closed cutters. The circular shear type cutters allows flat bottom and clean cuts. The screws produced by these cutters have smoother ends; allowing a more beautiful appearance and more accurate lengths.
