What information should I provide for a machine inquiry?

For a machine inquiry, please provide your part drawing, whether it is a standard or non-standard part, the material, wire diameter, cut-off length, target production speed, required stations, annual production volume, and destination country. The more detail you provide, the more precisely we can recommend a machine.

What information should I provide for a tooling inquiry?

For a tooling inquiry, please provide the tooling or part drawing, the fastener standard or recess type, the size, your preferred material and coating (if any), the quantity, and the destination country.

Can GoldPlus support non-standard fasteners?

Yes. GoldPlus supplies custom tooling and machine setups for non-standard fasteners. Send us your drawing and, if applicable, your existing production issue, and our team will advise on the machine and tooling setup.

Can I upload a part drawing for review?

Yes. You can upload your part drawing on our Upload Your Drawing page. Include the target part description, material, and annual volume, and our team will review a suitable machine and tooling setup.

Do you support overseas customers?

Yes. GoldPlus works with international fastener manufacturers and can advise on machinery and tooling for export. Please include your destination country in your inquiry.
